Our goal for this shoot was to inspire brides-to-be who want to embrace modern elements with an overall sleek, yet, romantic and minimal aesthetic. Our ideas really came to life after a fitting appointment at our favorite bridal boutique, Loversland, in Toronto. With our selected A La Robe and Savannah Miller gowns that accentuate the feminine line, we knew we wanted to shoot in a light-filled studio space, with white walls and concrete floors, that could act as a bare canvas. We kept all elements of this shoot clean and simplistic, from our selection of gowns to the pulled back, low bun and natural makeup, the delicate jewelry pieces to the minimal set design. Minimalism is a concept that never goes out of style – we hope the viewers are drawn to our editorial project and are inspired by our modern, simplistic, yet refined bridal looks.”
