“Monarch Events was inspired by a romantic renaissance painting for this shoot. Kourtney of Monarch Events says the painting spoke to the tender, pure love of a newlywed couple and inspired this intimate morning-after shoot. Feeling the bliss of recently pronounced vows, this couple enjoys their first breakfast as man and wife in the comfort of their beautifully curated home. The textures were really important in Kourtney’s design, focalizing the custom made linen jacket of Lou Embrace, their floured hands, the handwritten love note by Every Little Letter and organic wood textures. A still life, a stunning couple and a genuine romance make this in-home session authentic and bright. This shoot is raw, intimate and so richly captured in a light that is nothing short of magical.”
