Brittany + Jeff | Vera Wang Wedding from Tyler Boye Photography

Rustic, urban romance overlooking the East River and the Statue of Liberty…Brittany + Jeff’s Brooklyn wedding is really lovely. I’m such a fan of the floral draped chuppah with its wooden bows, flowy greens and oodles of orchids and hydrangeas. Perched by the river at sunset…talk about ambiance! Don’t miss Brittany’s super elegant and flattering Vera Wang gown called Juliet. I couldn’t agree with you more Brittany, truly you look ‘Glamorous, Delicate and Sexy!’

The Ceremony
We had a ceremony outdoors on a patio overlooking the East River and the Statue of Liberty. A rabbi who went to college with us performed the ceremony. We couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful ceremony or sunset to go with it.

The Reception
Our reception was at The Liberty Warehouse, which is an old warehouse that was turned into an event space in recent years. It has a rustic feeling, with a brick and wood interior, and it overlooks the Statue of Liberty.

Brittany’s Dress Search
When doing my dress search I originally looked for an all-lace mermaid style dress, but decided after shopping around that I didn’t like the look of all-lace, and ended up going with a more toned down version of my original idea.

Why Brittany Decided to Sell Her Wedding Dress
I don’t think I’ll be putting my wedding dress on again and it’s such a beautiful dress, so I’d love to see someone else enjoy it.
