A blended family wedding may have kids as bridesmaids and groomsmen. The maid of honor and the best man can also be from among the children, albeit the older ones. Kids can be ushers and ring bearers or the primary hosts, if such a setting can be created.

There is no rule that says kids cannot do this or do that when it comes to a family blended wedding. Do as you wish, at the end of the day your entire family should be happy about it.
