Usually, when you look at wedding photos – you can imagine the family and the life that the couple will build together. With Lisa and John’s wedding, you can already see the family and the happiness they share.
They changed the traditional unity candle into a family candle and made their ceremony as much about their new family unit as the new couple. How lovely.

The ceremony & reception
Ours was a 2nd marriage for both of us. My 12 year old daughter, Delanie, and 10 year old step-daughter Piper were my bridesmaids and John’s son Quinn was the best man. We had been together for 6 years and finally decided to officially blend our family. It was the best decision we ever made. We had our wedding and reception in the backyard of John’s aunt’s house, a typical southern mansion on a perfect summer day! Our reception was Very kid/family friendly – outdoor with beautiful night lighting.
The moment Lisa will never forget
When the minister announced our new family and we made the recession to “all you need is love” with all 5 of us holding hands.
How Lisa knew her dress was “the one”
It was classic and my husband said “I never thought a wedding dress could be sexy!”
