There’s just something about a waterside wedding that is so romantic. Anastasia and Chris married at a charming lakeside chapel surrounded by close family and friends. At their reception, a soft pink color scheme and faux crystal accents made for and elegant and romantic atmosphere as well. Don’t miss Anastasia’s amazing cake…it’s one of the most unique and beautiful I’ve ever seen!

The ceremony
Living in the Land of 10,000 Lakes, we thought it would be more then fitting to get married overlooking one of the most notable lakes in Minnesota, Lake Calhoun. The ceremony was held in a small brick chapel overlooking a neighboring lake. Its quaint and inviting structure was perfect for our simple and intimate ceremony. A cousin preformed the ceremony and an aunt performed all the music included. It truly was a family filled celebration, with parents and siblings playing roles as well.
The reception
After an intimate affair, we headed to the Calhoun Beach Club: a gorgeous historic venue overlooking Lake Calhoun. The reception was truly a well-dressed, swanky affair. Candles and crystal accents filled the ballroom. Each table was dripping with white roses and calla lilies. The cake was the centerpiece of it all, a 3 layered buttercream raspberry cake with ribbon and crystal details. Guests ate, drank, laughed and, after the champagne toast-danced the night away.

Why Anastasia decided to sell her wedding dress
The light pink color of my dress and style are very unique. I want another bride to feel as amazing in the dress as I did on my wedding day!
