The Ceremony
Our wedding was held in an old Italian Castle located in the Riviera, close to Portofino. It was personal, elegant, and intimate. Jason’s best friend married us, while we overlooked the Mediterranean Sea as our backdrop.
The Reception
Glamour, Fun, Foodie / Italian family style! We had a 3 hour “cocktail hour” featuring many different Italian traditional food (prosciutto legs, cheese wheels, fresh oysters, local focaccia bread from the region. Dinner was family style with the most delicious pastas (2 pasta dishes) and a meat dish, all while we sat under a canopy at the castle. We had a traditional Italian wedding cake (millefoglie) which is very different than an American one.
