From the designer, Erica:
The concept for this shoot stemmed from the desire to create a tropical theme that would appeal to a minimal eye. We combined different fashion looks with elements that would appeal to a minimal bride having a destination wedding. We balanced empty space, clean lines, muted tones, and simple fashion, with hints of rattan and white fur. Shadows and light were used to create the mood. The location needed to be a clean space ao we could add some of the tropical elements into the story without losing the impactful simplicity. We used beach-like textures and layered subtle pops of muted orange and blush tones. The textures. colors, and fashion were all the perfect combination of summer and fall – making this perfect inspiration year round for a tropical environment.
