Not only are the bride and groom are just about as sweet as they come, but their entire wedding was a collaborative effort between family and friends which in my opinion is the best kind of celebration. Joe and I were married on the 11th anniversary of the day we first met. We wanted to have a simple outdoor ceremony and a small backyard reception, but my side of the family is Greek and doesn’t do small. So we compromised and had a big backyard wedding. We were married by a pond at beautiful Larz Andersen Park in Brookline, MA. A local Boston gypsy jazz band, Sinti Rhythm, led our procession of guests to the ceremony site.
