My sweet grandmother and grandfather made signs and a beautiful cross for the wedding. Daddy Tom (my grandfather) cut the wood for the signs and Mama Jan (my grandmother) painted them. Daddy Tom made the Cross for the ceremony from an old tree and covered it with grapevine.
Immediately following the ceremony our guests were handed cold Mint Mojitos, Sweet Peach Tea and Vanilla Lemonade.
Zack’s ring is one of the most sentimental details. His ring is made from the gold of his two grandfather’s rings. We had the gold melted down and then designed his ring to have a hammered tree look. I love how Our Labor of Love captured the rings on this rusty nail.
Lauren created some beautiful, but very budget friendly centerpiecs for her weddng and I can’t wait to share the beautiful images by, Our Labor of Love, coming up next…
