Having been in the wedding world for over eleven years, we have seen many changes. The one we are loving the most is that there is no longer a “right way” to create a wedding. Planning a wedding has evolved to the point that the only limitations are those set by you and your planner/designer! So pick one thing that means the most to you and center your planning around that. It is always a great starting point. This wonderful shoot is one that was the result of a masterclass held in Taiwan that focused on the beauty of a modern Asian aesthetic. With two different couples (and looks) you are able to see how minor changes in a dress, a location, or a table can result in a different look. Enjoy!
From the photographer:
Asia Masterclass 2018 was hosted in Taiwan, a country located off the coast of China. The class focused on creating a monochromatic, minimalistic design with a dash of wabi sabi element (from Once Wed – We admit we had to look this term up, and we just love the definition: The aesthetic is sometimes described as one of beauty that is “imperfect, impermanent, and incomplete”). We wanted to showcase a unique take on the weddings in Asia and inspire our workshop attendees with a new approach to fine art weddings in Asia.
