Fiore Couture is a private collection offering exclusive and custom couture gowns. Based in California, Fiore Couture Bridal is led by head designer Phillipe Matthew. Matthew garnered a wealth of experience at other bridal houses before starting his own collection. He says his favorite part of designing is seeing a brides face light up when she finds the perfect gown.
