We always think the most beautiful inspiration for weddings comes from nature. After all, Mother Nature has done a wonderful job, hasn’t she? In today’s featured editorial, the creative team elected to work with a very simple, pared-down palette of green and brown, both usually found as the base colors in nature. Highlighting the beauty of these natural tones caused them to push the bounds of their creativity, resulting in a beautiful combination of simple, natural designs with a modern aesthetic.

“Sometimes it is so easy to overthink a design and lose the core meaning behind what’s waiting to be told. I find that when we begin to pair it down to only a few key pieces, a simple story evolves. Simplicity transforms our minds and take us to new places as we focus on the beauty of each element. Within this editorial, we focused on blending two colors found in nature together into one palette; green & brown. Both colors are typically base elements within designs, so our goal was to highlight their untold beauty. While working within this palette, our creativity explored other complementary colors through florals, dresses and other elements. Each creative brought their own unique originality to the table as we pieced together each ingredient into the fresh design.
Each component was key in executing our vision. Beautiful yet understated designer gowns were chosen in each color for simplicity and tinge. A seamless backdrop was crafted by hand to emulate the beauty of nature’s foliage and inspired by the colors of the dresses. Flower details mended together the core colors with other accent blooms as well as the tablescape to bring together the overall palette.”
