Nestled in Upper Manhattan’s Fort Tryon Park near The Cloisters, the New Leaf Restaurant & Bar is a hidden gem. The cobblestone exterior and the granite archways give it a rustic inn feel. Dining there you are surrounded by the lush greenery of the park and a stone’s throw away from the centre of Manhattan.
Olive rattan table runners ran the length of the reception tables and fruitwood Chiavari chairs complemented the natural outdoor feel. The flowers from Sprout had a loose organic “just picked” style. Votive candles and hurricane candle lamps of varying heights brought a warm glow to the draped tent. Thyme growing in tiny terracotta pots decorated the low cocktail tables. Everything was beautifully captured by Jen Huang Photography with an incredible light filled and fine art style.
