Real Wedding | Stacie + Matt

Classic and elegant…with an old world feel. Stacie and Matt’s romantic wedding was overflowing with charm and style. Stacie looked amazing in her form fitting Reem Acra gown, embellished with floral appliqués and a fabulous trumpet flare. A gown which, in Stacie’s words, was “exceptional, and deserves to be worn again.” I couldn’t agree more! Cheers and congratulations to this beautiful couple.

The ceremony

Our ceremony was held at the exclusive Newport Country Club.  Set alone on top of a hill with rolling greens with views of the Atlantic Ocean in the distance. My wedding planner and stationer Judith Carroll used the already stunning architecture of the clubhouse as inspiration to set the stage for our day.

The reception

Our reception was held inside the Beaux Arts style clubhouse, where glamorous silver vases and antique sterling pieces by Toni Chandler creating a sultry and romantic old Hollywood feel.

How Stacie found her dream wedding dress

I knew I wanted something very simple with unique style elements to make it memorable.  It took me a long time to find it, but when I found the Reem Acra Violet, it encompassed everything I was looking for in a wedding gown.

Why Stacie decided to sell her wedding dress

I’ve never been very sentimental when it comes to these things. This gown is exceptional and it deserves to be worn again.
