Real Wedding | Sarah + Rob

Baby, it was cold outside…but inside the scene at Sarah and Rob’s winter wedding was warm and inviting. Gentle candlelight, tulle fabric overlays, lovely pink accents, and Sarah’s gorgeous gown kept things soft and feminine at this joyous celebration.

The ceremony

Both the wedding and reception took place in the Franklin Plaza Ballroom the day after a big nor’easter hit leaving 2 feet of snow (perfect for pictures!).

The reception

Our reception began with the bride and groom’s first dance to “Wonderful Tonight” by Eric Clapton. The cocktail hour was followed by a full dinner. At dinner, the tables were named after places the bride and groom had traveled together, and were decorated in ivory linens with beautiful silver candleabras and pink rose petals.  As they said goodbye, guests were treated to a hot cup of cocoa and warm chocolate chip cookies!

The way Sarah felt in her wedding gown

LIKE A PRINCESS!!!! The gown was gorgeous and exactly what I imagined it to be.  At the same time it was light and comfortable, perfect for dancing all night.

Why Sarah decided to sell her wedding dress

I decided to sell the wedding gown because I would love to make another bride feel as beautiful as I did on my special day, all for a discounted price! Plus it really is too gorgeous to live under my bed for the rest of its life!
