Real Wedding | Lauren + Richard

Now here is a real gem to start off your week! Lauren and Richard are an absolutely stunning couple and their traditional wedding in Shaker Heights, Ohio was inspired by ‘Classic elegance with a hint of vintage’. I am in love with Lauren’s color scheme in champagne, wedgewood blue, taupe and touches of silver…the perfect nod to the stone ribbon on Lauren’s  Amsale Tyler gown.  But what’s really going to stay with me all week here at Pre Owned Wedding Dresses is Lauren as a truly picturesque bride: ‘Regal, Feminine, Classic’. Enjoy!

The Ceremony + Reception
We had a traditional wedding ceremony at a Catholic church. The décor was clean crisp church with lots of white.  Our reception theme was classic elegance with a hint of vintage in hues of champagne, wedgwood blue, taupe, and hints of silver.

Lauren’s Dress Search
I actually started my dress search thinking I would look best in a halter style dress. After realizing there weren’t that many halter dresses I decided to expand my search. I then fell in love with the way the sweetheart style top looked! I immediately knew I had found my dress! Lesson learned- keep an open mind when starting out your search for a dress!

How Lauren Felt in Her Wedding Dress
Regal, Feminine, Classic

Why Lauren Decided to Sell Her Wedding Dress
I have always felt that an expensive and beautiful wedding dress should never sit in a closest! Someone else will love the dress just as much as I did and I wanted to be able to help someone else find that same joy and excitement!
