Real Wedding | Amanda + Michael

Gorgeous flowers and a picture-perfect garden setting made Amanda’s spring wedding a site to behold.  I love the unique flowers draping over the aisle seats and the canopy at the ceremony. Amanda looked amazing in her Kenneth Pool “Royalty” gown. The ball gown shape, beautiful satin fabric and exquisite beading at the waist made it one-of-a-kind…truly a dress fit for a queen!

Amanda + Michael | April 14, 2012 | Lindley Scott House, Azusa, California

The ceremony

We were married in a garden setting, under large old trees with the historic Lindley Scott House in the background. The girls got ready in the house and started the processional coming out of the front door.

The reception

Our reception was held in the Carriage House of the Lindley Scott House, where we ate great food, and everyone danced and had a wonderful time!

Amanda’s dress search

I didn’t have a particular style in mind, so I tried on everything!  Slowly, I noticed that I preferred a ball gown and satin look. Then I was able to narrow down my search, which was good, since I tried on probably close to 100 dresses!

Why she decided to sell her wedding dress

It is the most beautiful dress I can imagine!  I know that I’m not going to wear it again, so why not have someone else experience this dress too!
