Alyse + Chance’s wedding in Draper, Utah was vibrant, playful and romantic. I love the alterations made to the bride’s Justina McCaffrey silk gown. Rather than add sleeves to a strapless dress, Alyse opted to rebuild the top portion of her gown to make it a perfectly one-of-a kind, “Temple ready, modest and gorgeous.” I love this! Other tasteful touches for their day: individual outfits for the bridal party in matching greys and blacks with cute ruching on each of the ladies blouses; lush flower arrangements in deep purples, pinks and creams; and a deliciously romantic three-tiered wedding cake topped with layers of fuchsia roses. Perfect!

We were married in the Draper Utah Temple. Our reception was held at Thanksgiving Point, in the Great Room, from 6 – 9 pm. About 600 guests were invited so we had the standard receiving line, cake cutting, desserts were served, bouquet toss, etc.
Alyse’s Dress Search
I wanted a mermaid style dress, but was not exactly sure what I was looking for…The third dress I tried on was a Justina McCaffrey gown and I LOVED it, so I bought it that day!

Beautiful, classy and elegant.
Why Alyse Decided to Sell Her Wedding Dress
I absolutely love my dress, but keeping it in my closet forever won’t do me any good – I might as well share the love with someone else!
