Megan and Bob’s modern and vibrant wedding in Stillwater, Minnesota, has so many amazing details. Megan is a graphic designer and photographer, so she designed all the amazing printed materials, including their very own “set lists” and “concert poster,” which I just love! The couple spent plenty of time capturing amazing photos with Erin Johnson Photography all around historic downtown Stillwater, including an old post office where Megan’s father used to work, as well as a rundown drive-in theater.
I also love Megan’s choice of colors: bright blue, green, orange, pink and purple, which were perfect for the summer wedding. All of the guys wore lime green, while the gals wore blue and orange with hot pink shoes. All of the flowers matched perfectly, and Megan’s gift to Bob was a striped pink bowtie and Batman cufflinks!
Megan and Bob were a DIY couple, too! The reception cards were made from paint samples, and the guest book was a blank canvas where friends and family could express their well wishes artistically. They also made each table centerpiece – colored blocks with mosaic pieces glued to them. Even the flowers in the centerpieces came from Megan’s parent’s garden!
Don’t you just love the mailbox for “love letters”? They also had an adorable photo booth, complete with lips and mustaches, and Bob’s gift to Megan was a polaroid camera to snap some great shots.
Congratulations, Megan and Bob! Many thanks to Erin Johnson Photography for sharing a couple whose day was bursting with fun, color and a love for life!
