April in Washington Park (Albany, New York) is the perfect time to enjoy the tulips in full bloom! Erica and Ben’s engagement session with Jeff Foley Photography included not only the gorgeous tulips, but also “The Sunny Side of the Street” – a four-piece band that agreed to serenade the couple. After Washington Park, they headed to Cook Park, where the two met during a work picnic.
