The Ceremony
It was an intimate oceanfront ceremony under the canopy of a kamani tree with beautiful orchids overhanging from it…we exchanged vows at sunset. It was just the two of us, however our international (US and Russian) families were there with us on Skype. The ceremony took place in Hanalei Bay, in Kamani Cove that overlooks the breathtaking Pacific Ocean and Makana Mountain. We had a private Hawaiian-inspired officiant, dedicated wedding attendant, and an acoustic musician.
The Reception
Later, after a professional photography session at sunset with an exquisite backdrop – the ocean framed by Makana Mountain and the striking Na-Molokama waterfall, there was a romantic seaside dinner with custom wine pairings by a St. Regis sommelier in a private cabana.
