For Maggie and Todd, a wedding day infused with ranch romance was the perfect fit. Blush pinks, peaches and pops of coral with huge trees in a scenic setting created the kind of comfortable, relaxed atmosphere they were seeking. Maggie’s stunning Ines Di Santo gown with seemingly endless ruffles brought in a touch of sensual elegance to this fall wedding.

The Ceremony
We got married on the evening of September 28, 2014 at Calamigos Ranch in Malibu, California. It was a smaller wedding with 100 of our closest friends and family. And one piñata. We had the ceremony and reception at the same place. Our ceremony took place on a terraced lawn with a stone walkway leading to a little waterfall. The wedding party walked in to The Talking Heads “This Must be the Place”. I walked in to “I Will Be There” by Odessa. Todd’s brother got ordained for the day and performed the ceremony.
The Reception
Our reception took place on an elevated outdoor deck underneath a huge willow tree with hanging lights. The deck overlooked the lawn where we got married and led into a room where the food, bar and DJ and dance floor were located. We had a photo booth outside for guests who needed a break from shaking their groove thang.
Maggie’s Dress Search
I tried on 25 wedding dresse (no joke – I spent hours climbing in and out of dresses) It felt magical. When I put it on, it made such a dramatic statement that I couldn’t imagine myself walking down the aisle in anything else. It was sexy and delicate all at the same time.
How Maggie Felt in Her Wedding Dress
Magical, captivating and confident.
Why Maggie Decided to Sell Her Wedding Dress
I had such a blast wearing it and the dress was such a hit that someone else should have the chance to rock it. Keeping it on a hanger feels just feels wrong.
