The Ceremony and Reception
The ceremony was on the beach at Matheson Hammock Park overlooking the Miami skyline. Our reception was held at Red Fish Grill which overlooks the water in Matheson Hammock Park.

I tried on a lot of dresses but ended up with the second dress I ever tried on. I first went to a bridal store in Coconut Grove , FL for a sample sale exactly 1 year before my wedding. I remember falling in love with the second dress I tried on but thinking that it was a little out of my budget. I bought the dress that my friends liked on me because it was beautiful and in my budget. For 6 months I stared at the picture of me in my original favorite dress and I knew that it was the dress for me. I went to 3 other wedding dress stores and tried on a bunch of dresses. I always went back to the second dress I tried on as my favorite.
I decided to put my original dress on PreownedWeddingDresses.com to see if I could sell it. I figured that if I could sell the dress then it was meant to be that I get the other dress. I sold the dress within the first month that I had it on the website!
I decided that it was time to finally try on the dress I love again. I brought my mom and one of my bridesmaids with me to try on the dress, and when I did, we all knew it was the one. It felt like “me” and it was exactly what I wanted to be wearing on my wedding day! I love it so much and it’s such a unique dress! Its very classic and I will always love the style, even 10-20 years from now.
