Sometimes when a couple describes their wedding, and it takes us right there with them. Such is the case with bride Jessica’s description of her country wedding to Riley. Doesn’t it sound like an amazing time? The entire wedding guestlist was up and dancing, just as the couple wanted. The gorgeous rustic decor accented this Colorado country wedding perfectly!

The Ceremony
We were the first wedding at a brand new venue that is not only beautiful in its scenery, but in its history as well. This venue was born from the destructive flooding that hit Lyons in 2013. All 32 mobile homes that sat on this property were washed away from the floods. While the damage and destruction was overwhelming the owners, Mike & Betsy, were determined to find a silver lining. They created the most enchanting wedding venue in record time. The venue is nestled next to the St. Vrain river and sits below mossy, colorful cliffs that give the property a secluded vibe.
The Reception
We are a Colorado couple to the core. Getting married outside was a must, along with wildflowers scattered everywhere (the amazing flowers were done by the my talented godmother) and the absolutely necessary foot-stompin’, knee-slappin’ bluegrass band, Horseshoes & Hand Grenades, who totally killed it. Rustic bars, antler chandeliers, DIY projects and café lights were strung throughout the venue.
Jessica’s Dress Search
I grew up knowing exactly what I wanted my wedding dress to look like: long sleeved, ivory lace, cathedral length dress. Simple yet stunning, hugging my upper body with a backless cut. I pretty much wanted to be a boho bride to the max. I couldn’t have chosen a dress more different than my vision. After trying on close to 100 dresses in multiple states, I stepped into a Hayley Paige gown that absolutely stole my heart. It was love at first sight and there is no way that I could have felt more beautiful in any other dress on my wedding day. I have not seen anything like it before. The ombre stacked cathedral length train is the most uniquely stunning part of the dress, paired with the clear corset in back, makes for an all-around jaw-dropper wedding dress.

Stunning, sexy, unique.
Why Jessica Decided to Sell Her Wedding Dress
I know first-hand how expensive weddings can be and I want to give someone the opportunity to feel the way I did without breaking the bank. This dress needs to be worn again & much too beautiful to sit in a closet.
