I love that in 30 years from now, Jacklyne + Michael’s Rhode Island wedding will still look super timeless and classic. And how, you ask? Flattering, floor length bridesmaids gowns from J. Crew, soft long and wavy hair for the gals (always a lovely choice when going strapless); and Jacklyne’s 60’s inspired veil next to Michael’s cigarette style tux is sharp and fashionably vintage. But what really sets the stage for this traditional Italian wedding is Jacklyne in her stunning Monique Lhuillier dress called Arielle complete with silk white re-embroidered lace, strapless corset bodice gown with trumpet skirt and delicate pearls adorning the entire back of the dress. Divine!

The Ceremony
We had a traditional Catholic ceremony at Holy Apostles Church. Looking back, the ceremony was my favorite part. We were lucky to have a full choir, two tenors, a soprano, trumpet player and a violinist! The music and moments of our love, are the best memories from that day.
The Reception
Our reception was a classic “Italian family country club” event. My parents were married there as well!
Jacklyne’s Dress Search
I am very petite and I thought I wanted a very large ballgown dress. But the moment I laid my eyes on the lace of the Monique Lhuillier “Arielle”, I knew I wanted to walk down the isle in that dress.

Why Jacklyne Decided to Sell Her Wedding Dress
I refuse to put this dress in a box! I want someone else to love it as much as I do.
