The Ceremony
Our wedding took place on the property of Natura Cabana, an eco-friendly boutique resort and spa, located on a private beach. The ceremony was held in the yoga temple to reflect the Zen and relaxed feel we wanted for our union and for our guests.
The Reception
We had an outdoor reception in an open-air restaurant where the house chef prepared a traditional Dominican meal reflective of my husband’s family roots. After our meal, we got the party started and brought in two very well known Bachata and Merengue bands consisting of 27 musicians. For the ceremony we wanted calm and tranquil and for the reception we wanted true Latin flair!

Why Faye Decided to Sell Her Wedding Dress
I had my fairytale dream wedding in this gown. I felt like I was part of the Great Gatsby and I would love for another bride to feel the same way. I flew my photographer in from Dubai and he captured such amazing images of my gown that I feel no reason to keep the dress. I have had so many people tell me that it could be worn to a black tie event, but in reality, this was a gown for a very special day and I would not want to wear it for something else.
