The Ceremony
We had a 30 minute civil ceremony in a gorgeous atrium. We did a sand ceremony, a hand holding ceremony, and read our own vows. We kept it short but sweet. Our bridesmaids looked incredible in their head to toe rose gold sparkle dresses and our groomsmen looked daper in their black tuxedos and forest green vests. We got married in front of an amazing white and light pink flower wall which made for amazing pictures.
The Reception
We had an epic party in a stunning, enormous ballroom. We spared no expense. We had beautiful tall floral centerpieces with a feather sticking out. We had the world’s best DJ who hosted an extremely fun party. We had a flip books station for our guests to have fun with and take home a souvenir. We had epic uplighting, spotlighting, and monograms. Our first dance was “on clouds” and was a choreographed dance that we took lessons for. We had a decadent cocktail hour featuring a vodka louge with our names carved into it…and also penguin ice sculptures (our favorite animal!). We had an out of this world Vienesse hour for dessert to satisfy every sweet tooth. And we also had the most unique (and delicious!) wedding cake you’ve ever seen.
Christina’s Wedding Dress Search
I tried on about 10 dresses at one shop. I was sure I was going to go with an Eve of Milady dress that I went in searching for but after trying on about 9 dresses, my friend brought in one more and insisted I try it on. I said “ok, ok, just 1 more!” and then when I put it on I saw just how unique and stunning it was and knew that it was just made for me.

Why She’s Selling Her Wedding Gown
It was such a gorgeous dress that it would be such a shame to see it sit and waste away in an attic. I hope for my daughter to wear my veil one day but I know that chances are she’ll never wear my dress so I’d like to give another bride an opportunity to wear this one-of-a-kind dress for less money.
