I probably tried on a dozen dresses, and each one I felt weighed down in. I wanted something that made me feel like I was floating. I went to a Monique Lhuillier trunk show in San Francisco and loved the feminine look of all the dresses. I tried on three, and a Monique Lhuillier designer was present, saw what I picked and recommended I try on the dress I ended up getting. As soon as I put it on I felt like a princess and never wanted to take it off. The dress is truly magical.
