This wedding set in old Montréal is all about elegance and romance. Classic roses, luxe linens and blush pink details created a glamorous feel at this black-tie affair. The bride and groom did not skimp on the personal details either, handwriting notes to each of their 160 guests and spending hours dancing and celebrating with them.

The Ceremony
We got married at the breathtaking St. Joachim Church, overlooking the water in Pointe-Claire Village surrounded by all of our closest friends and family.
The Reception
Our blacktie reception was held at the Loft Hotel in downtown Montreal. Cocktails were served the main entrance under a beautiful chandeliers while our guests enjoyed canapés, signature drinks and an oyster bar with jazz music playing. Following the cocktail hour, guests entered the ballroom where tables were set with beautiful rose centrepieces. We also included personal cards written by us for each of our 160 guests. We joined the party once all were seated and danced all night.
Nathalie’s Dress Search
I must have tried on over 15 dresses, from Reem Acra to Oscar de la Renta to Vera Wang. The moment I tried Monique Lhuillier Laurence dress, I knew this was the one. This elegant dress was as beautiful as it was comfortable and I fell in love with the Chantilly lace appliqué.

Why Nathalie Decided to Sell Her Wedding Dress
Unfortunately, I can not wear this dress everyday 🙂 This stunning, timeless Monique Lhuillier was my dream wedding dress and I would for another bride to be as happy as I was wearing it on her wedding day.
