An event designer in her own right, today’s featured bride envisioned a vintage, modern and chic theme to create this classic, old Hollywood glam wedding! The bold black and white color scheme were the perfect backdrop for Jenny’s gorgeous Romona Keveza gown and I am in love with Jenny’s inspiration for her dress. In search of something classic, she also wanted something with drama…Jenny explains, “The fabric was amazing, the ruffled asymmetrical strap was stunning and the low back added the subtlest bit of sexy to the gown. It was perfect!” I couldn’t agree more Jenny, well done and thank you for sharing!

The Ceremony + Reception
We had a courtyard wedding at Talega Golf club with about 120 guests. Our theme for the wedding was vintage, modern and chic. It was classic in design in a black and white color scheme. It was very personal and was “branded” with our silhouettes, initials and other personal touches.
Jenny’s Dress Search
When I began my search I knew I wanted something classic…but I also wanted some drama. I didn’t know exactly what element would add the flair – but when my future mother-in-law pulled my dress I just knew. The fabric was amazing, the ruffled asymmetrical strap was stunning and the low back added the subtlest bit of sexy to the gown. It was perfect!

Why Jenny Decided to Sell Her Wedding Dress
The only negative about my dress when I found it was the price. It was much more than I wanted to spend and my mom and mother in law actually had to talk me into spending the extra money. My stylist at the bridal shop suggested that I try to sell it after my big day and felt I wouldn’t have a hard time finding a buyer for the gown. As much as I would like to keep it I know another bride will enjoy it and my husband and I are trying to save for a house right now. Win, win!
