“So many places in Ireland whisper of secret stories and historic elegance which inspire to this very day. Legend has it an elegant tiara was sold to finance the 19th century Orangery in Killruddery House, and that the stonework around dome was designed to reflect the lines of the lost family heirloom. Later filled with Italian marble sculpture, the Orangery is a wonderful example of an unexpected beauty not usually associated with Ireland. Using this as the basis for our inspiration, the rich creamy tones of the setting were offset with shades of claret and moody violet hues.”
