Who says a bride has to wear white on her wedding day? When I got married in 2006, I didn’t, and most people didn’t until Queen Victoria’s wedding in 1840! In the 19th century, white dresses were a sign of wealth, likely because they were so hard to keep clean. Shannon Moffit Photography LLC was inspired by breaking from tradition a little and choosing whatever color dress makes you happy. For this shoot, the model has a beautiful black gown with lace accents and a plunging back.
