Sometimes couples are so in love that they just can’t wait to get married! That was the case with this adorable bride, Janelle, and her sweet husband. She and Ryan had a whirlwind romance and engagement, which didn’t leave them much time to plan a traditional engagement session. After they were married for a few months, they decided that they wanted that engagement shoot they never had, and this is the absolutely darling result.
Here’s more from Janelle:
Ryan and I first met in Park City during a ski weekend with friends a few years back. We were instantly drawn to one another but at the time I was living in Orange County and he was in New York City. We remained friends and years later when I moved to Washington D.C. we were finally on the same coast! For our first date last summer Ryan took me to a Mets game on his motorcycle. We had so much fun we spent the rest of the weekend on a spontaneous road-trip to Niagara Falls and we’ve been inseparable ever since. We were married this past New Years Eve in Utah surrounded by friends and family. We have been enjoying the first 6 months of marriage as newlyweds in the Big Apple and this past spring Ryan took me on a birthday trip back to D.C. to see the Cherry Blossoms. Our whirlwind engagement didn’t allow for a pre-wedding engagement session so we got together with the talented Vicki Grafton for a couples shoot in the blossoms.
