Seaside Tropical Destination Wedding

Freyja and Tyler chose Punta Cana as the perfect destination for their wedding – a unique location to bring together their families from the Midwest, East Coast and Europe! Their loved ones joined them for a relaxing celebration of their nuptials at an all-inclusive resort; guests were greeted with beach-ready gift bags and a delicious welcome dinner. Freyja works in fashion, so she put her own special touch on her delicate, low-back lace gown with a bridal belt she made herself. She wore sparkly Jimmy Choos and then changed into pearl-encrusted white flip flops! The couple’s sand ceremony was on the beach, and the reception that followed was an open air area of the resort where they dined on lobster and steak. The bride’s mother decorated the white tiered buttercream cake the resort made with sugar calla lilies, and the porcelain figure from Holland was the finishing touch, a nod to her father’s heritage.
