This Couple is Eloped in Contemporary Perfection on the Vast Salt Flats in Utah

“The iconic Bonneville Salt Flats, famous for its uniquely packed salt and minerals, was the backdrop for this modern elopement. Linda Ha Events and Vicki Grafton Photography were inspired by the breathtaking views and wanted to highlight the couple’s love and the environment around them as they said their vows. After a few days of rainfall prior to the elopement, the salt flats sparkled and glistened under the sun allowing remarkable textures to emerge underfoot. As far as the eye could see, the landscape was truly impressive and it was the perfect location for this Utah based couple to exchange vows. Their elopement embodied a simple yet modern vibe to compliment a gentle and joyful love.

Linda Ha wanted to keep it raw while incorporating a minimal and modern aesthetic to reflect the pure beauty of the salt flats and honor the couple’s clean and fresh style. The bride’s simple dress from COS Stores was layered with a camel coat modern feel and paired well against the grooms clean-cut navy suit. To balance contemporary outfits, Janelle Ingram styled the bride’s hair with loose natural waves and natural makeup. Whitney Blair created the floral installation for the ceremony area, and the bouquet and boutonniere were created to compliment the tones and textures of the surrounding landscapes. Refine Studio created special vow letters and their announcement and celebration invitations. ”
