Rustic White Barn Wedding by La Candella Weddings

You simply have to love a bride who rocks her glasses on her wedding day and smiles through it all despite a tornado warning, which is why I simply adore Sarah and Mike’s wedding at The White Barn, captured by La Candella Weddings! Thanks to the volatile weather forecast, they had to cancel some of their plans (a wagon drawn by Clydesdales, for example), but they didn’t let it get them down. Angie at La Candella Weddings was able to turn the stormy skies into an incredible backdrop for their portraits, too! Their ceremony took place at the English Lutheran Church, followed by a wonderfully sweet reception in the barn with lots of cakes (in fact, about 10 homemade cakes and pies in addition to the wedding cake), along with the traditionally Pittsburgh cookie table (filled with cookies homemade by Sarah’s mom), and a candy buffet!
