Devon and Bruce’s summer wedding celebration in Pittsburgh started off with a welcome party on Friday night at Marty’s Market, a spot in the Strip District specializing in local fare (the perfect introduction to the city for their guests). Their ceremony the next afternoon was officiated by their pastor, who came all the way from Miami to perform the ceremony. The reception at The Club at Nevillewood was an explosion of gorgeous flowers in shades of pink and white that complemented the navy décor exquisitely. Meaghan Elliott Photography captured their day!

My husband and I met in D.C. and moved to Philly, Boston, and New York before settling in our current hometown of Miami. I grew up in Pittsburgh and most of my family still lives there, so once Bruce and I got engaged, we decided that our wedding would be the perfect opportunity to show out-of-town friends and family what a wonderful city Pittsburgh is! We were grateful to have the help of my incredible mom and our talented vendors as we planned our wedding from afar. – Devon
