Lush Sea Inspired Greek Wedding

Lauren and Ben’s spring wedding on Florida’s Gulf Coast was full of Greek traditions, sweet sentimental details and lavish decor for the reception in the Vinoy Renaissance Resort ballroom! Lauren and Ben met in college years ago and have a Saturday tradition of riding their bikes to the beach so he can fish, and she looks for sharks’ teeth and shells. Naturally, this is where he popped the question. Both of them have their hearts in the sea – Ben is a marine biologist and had his ring custom made to look like tarpon scales and wore fish-themed socks, and Lauren chose her bridesmaid dresses to be varying shades of sea foam.
