Annabel and Stephen’s wedding day was held at Beaulieu Garden, a privately owned family estate neatly tucked away in the vineyard hills of Napa Valley. With subtle notes of French charm but unmistakable Californian warmth, the cozy setting was the perfect backdrop for the intimate gathering.
Elise Johnson of Shannon Leahy Events did an impeccable job of designing and planning their celebration. Whites, greys, blues and greens made for a dreamy palette that accented the natural gardens seamlessly. I was especially drawn to Charlotte & Daughters floral arrangements. Olive leaves, white snapdragons, and dried eucalyptus delicately clothed everything from the ground up. A show-stopping detail was their unique take on a wedding cake: stacked cheese wheels such as Humboldt fog and truffle tremor, playfully adorned with figs! Golden hour photos of the bride and groom in the family heirloom vintage Corvette marked the end of our time with the newlyweds, but not before having one last dance and a frolic in the rose garden – because there is simply no other way to end such a serene and beautiful day!
