A DIY wedding in historic Raleigh, NC

Gabrielle and Ryan’s autumn wedding in Raleigh was an incredible reflection of the city’s historical sites and architecture. The ceremony took place at Fred Fletcher Park’s Borden Building, a converted orphanage. They had their reception at Sitti Restaurant, a local Lebanese eatery. They partied in the back, where the atmosphere was elegant and modern. Gabrielle designed, crafted and planned all of the details with some help from the wedding party. Ryan and his groomsmen folded all of the paper cranes for the ceremony the night before the wedding. Together, the couple designed and painted the programs and seating tags. Rebecca Ames Photography captured every detail!
