Gorgeous Travel Themed Wedding

Megan and Mike brought their love of travel and their devotion to their families together to create a memorable wedding day full of vintage travel-themed details and personal family touches. Their décor included vintage suitcases, globes, international flags, and atlas paper globes and garlands. Their dessert bar was especially unique – an international candy bar! To honor Megan’s Scottish background, they had a bagpiper perform during the processional and recessional. The ring pillow was made from the mother of the bride’s wedding dress, and the groom’s cufflinks belonged to his grandfather. Megan’s awesome statement necklace was made from archaeologically recovered and re-strung Fulani wedding beads from Mali (her Master’s Degree in African Art History and Archaeology focused largely on beadwork).
