Kayla grew up with her horse and has had senior pictures and engagement pictures done with her, so naturally we started with a bridal/bridesmaid session with Kayla and her horses at her farm. Kayla and Justin are just the most adorable couple you will ever meet. They are super laid-back and family-oriented in real life, so it is no surprise that their wedding day followed the same theme! Their venue – which we fell in love with as soon as we got there – was the perfect place for this outdoors-loving couple and their line dance-loving guests!”

“Kayla is in love with her horses, and they were in Tennessee riding and he totally surprised her with a proposal. The setting was fitting since Tennessee and horseback riding are two of her favorite things.”
About The Wedding
“They fell in love with a venue that really represented their personalities and hobbies – they chose a barn on the lake that is full of antiques. They wanted an elegant yet relaxed feel to their wedding, and this was the perfect mix. They were also going for more of a vintage feel to their wedding, and they loved how Miss Donna of A Vintage Affair set up her venue! Their colors were neutrals and pastels with a pop of navy in the men’s wardrobe.”
The Attire
“Continuing with their relaxed yet elegant style, Justin wore jeans with a navy checkered button down and a vest, while Kayla wore an elegant dress. Of course, they both wore cowboy boots!”
The Flowers & Special Details
“Kayla had dried wildflowers with wheat and lavender accents sent from Montana! They brought in large round hay bales – one with their new last initial made of flowers on it.
One thing to add was that Kayla and Justin brought their dog with them, who just roamed around and hung out during the entire day!”
