Diner en Blanc was started nearly 30 years ago by François Pasquier in Paris, recalling the elegance and glamour of high society. As tradition goes, guests are invited to a last-minute secret location, all dressed in white to enjoy an elegant meal unlike any other. For this version in Victoria, British Columbia, vendors created a gorgeous tented setup with decor like lace, pearls, feathers and white fur!
