You might remember Courtney and Jon from their super chic MGB Roadster engagement session, and today I’m thrilled to share their beautiful, classic wedding in Saratoga Springs by Speer Images and Noel Perrone! From Courtney: “The venue itself was a big inspiration behind our day. It is an historic location, and we wanted to incorporate details of the venue that stood out to us the most. The ballroom itself was beautiful so we did not want to overpower the beauty of the room with draping fabric. We went with all silver linens, silver chiavari chairs, silver lanterns, and an assortment of flowers in white, blush, and ivory. We had napkins made with our monogram. We wanted the room to be simple but elegant and I think we could not have done it any better. We had our invitations hand-painted to incorporate the ceiling, chandeliers and floral choices. The ballroom has marble throughout so we had our menus, table numbers and escort cards made by our calligrapher on marble tiles. Our ceremony was honestly one of the most special parts of our day. It was more of a non-traditional ceremony. My uncle was our officiant, so he really made it about our love story, our traits and our future together. It was beautiful and is something our guests still talk about.”
