Chic Villa Del Lago Wedding

Kala and Ryan chose Austin’s Villa Del Lago for their elegant wedding because they instantly fell in love with the villa’s architecture, lush landscaping and lake views. The bride’s veil was lovingly handmade by her mother, with hundreds of hand sewn sequins! Kala also had an extra special wedding dress that featured a bustier top with a detachable skirt, so she surprised Ryan with a skirt change after their sweet lakeside wedding ceremony. She also surprised the groom with a wedding videographer, and Kala’s parents surprised her with professional lighting and a celebratory fireworks display. The couple incorporated a bold black and white stripe into the table runner, floral ribbon details, and fancy lounge area, which also tied into their wedding invitation design. Even the wedding cake had black and white stripes, along with an artistic ombré gold middle layer. The fuchsia, light pink and white floral arrangements were the perfect pop of color, both on the table and in the bride’s arms. After a delicious dinner, the couple was toasted and then dancing began. Eventually, the party wound down as the couple exited in a flurry of rose petals.
