The good news is that you can find a variety of places to sell your leftover wedding items online! It’s a win-win: brides-to-be can save money by buying gently-used items and newlyweds can get some of their money back. Here are our top picks for where to buy and sell your wedding day essentials.
Bravo Bride
Buying and selling with Bravo Bride is easy, peasy! Their large online marketplace is full of wedding items including jewelry, shoes, ceremony and reception décor, and even dresses.
Buyers: Browse the categories to find what you need for your big day. Register for a free account—it only takes 30 seconds! You can start saving items and vendors to your “Favorites” list and recommend items to friends and family. Payment/shipping details are arranged between you and the seller.
Sellers: Register for a free account to start selling! Click on the “list an item” button, choose the category, and write up the description. Click “submit” to add your item and you’re ready to sell. Your listing stays active until it’s sold, and no commission will be collected. You can pay a small fee to give your ad more exposure.

Tradesy
Tradesy focuses on pre-owned designer clothing and goods and has its own section for weddings! With nearly a dozen categories to choose from, you’re sure to find a good deal.
Buyers: Check the left side of the page and filter by size, designer, year purchased, and more. You can also filter by sale items. Create an account to “heart” items that can be saved to your “favorites” section.
Sellers: The easiest way to sell your items is through the Tradesy app. Just snap a pic, write a description and your listing pops up within minutes. You can set your own price or use Tradesy’s suggestion based on smart data analytics. Once your item(s) have sold, transfer your money to your PayPal, checking account or keep it in your account to buy something you love! Tradesy does deduct a flat $7.50 commission fee for items less than $50. Items $50 or more will be charged a 19.8% commission rate.

Sellers: You will need to have a PayPal account to sell through Wedding Recycle and you must register for an account. Listing is free but if you use the website’s “cart” feature you will pay a 4% fee.

eBay has always been one of the top resale websites in the world! You’re sure to find everything you need to match your theme or wedding colors.
Buyers: Find anything you want and need through the search banner at the top of the home page. You can filter by designer, condition of new/used and more. Most listings will tell you if it includes free shipping/returns plus guaranteed delivery dates. Purchase your items via credit card or PayPal!
Sellers: List up to 50 items per month for free. There is a 10% commission fee on the final sale price.

Facebook Marketplace
Facebook Marketplace is an online version of a garage sale and more than 700 million people visit each month! You can browse categories by your location or shop items from around the world.
Buyers: Find exactly what you need in the search bar on the top left of the page. You can sort by recommended items, distance, or newer items. You can also choose the price range that you want to spend. Click on the item(s) you’re interested in, message the buyer, and work out a deal/meeting location! We suggest finding a public place to meet and to bring someone with you, for safety precautions. You can also check out the seller’s profile pic to make sure it’s a real account.
Sellers: Create a public listing that can be seen by anyone on and off Facebook. You can also post your listing to any Buy/Sell Facebook groups you’re a member of. Provide a bright, non-fuzzy image with a detailed description including the condition of the item, the price, and pickup/shipping options. There are ZERO fees for selling your items!
