From the stylist, Erica:
My overall goal was to create something that was inspired by editorial fashion but had bridal appeal as well. The shoot was inspired by an art piece by Jeanette Getrost where, lines and illusions were creating structures of women on a runway, and a beautiful form of colors created a fur coat draped on the main model. That painting was what inspired the variations of monochrome peach tones in this editorial. I used a combination of this art piece and Kate Spade to inspire majority of the details. To tone it down I added some brown tones to make it not so feminine and bright.

I chose really simple pieces and added in some statement pieces to compliment, but not overshadow, the simple pieces. These bold statement pieces (the fur coat and the linen trench coat), were layered with a full, trained, white skirt to add the bridal appeal. The jewelry was minimal and simple, the perfect touch to add lines and statements subtly. How will fashion inspire your wedding day?
