Arriving at the Boca Raton Resort & Club was like an experience out of a dream. Set on two neighboring estates, the resort and the Beach Club are two properties like nowhere you’ve ever been before. Combining the old world with the new (the original resort was built in 1926, and beach club recently re-opened in 2009), the buildings and land are absolutely breathtaking — and would be, in a single word, perfect for your wedding. I realize that the adjective “perfect” is bandied around and overused, but in this case, there truly is no other way to describe it!
On my tour of the property, I was incredibly struck by the large number of different venues, spaces, and options available to couples. From gardens to pool decks, ballrooms to restaurants, beachfront to the ocean-side marina, the dedicated wedding team is willing to dream along with you, to create the perfect space for your vision to be realized in. No matter what type of setting you envision, a wedding at the Boca Raton Resort & Club is guaranteed to be glamorous, impressive, and high end.
One of the resort’s most popular venues is the Cathedral Ballroom, and for good reason. Think Hogwarts-meets-European glamour, with large pillars, a breathtaking vaulted ceiling and luxurious atmosphere. Perhaps a ceremony outdoors in the nearby Cloister Gardens, followed by cocktails at the marina and a formal dinner in the Cathedral Room. Sounds amazing, doesn’t it? Well, it is. It truly, truly is. Should you have a large portion of guests travelling in for the wedding, there will be plenty for them to do — surfing or paddle boarding in the warm ocean, relaxing at the (incredible!!) spa, lounging poolside, having a little more fun riding the FlowRider, or sampling from one of the property’s many amazing menus.
