Before even choosing the theme of this lovely wedding styled shoot, Rossini Photography selected the elegant Villa Clodia near Lake Bracciano in Rome, a historical Italian villa with rich décor, tapestries and antique furniture. The Belle Epoque theme came naturally from there. All the stationery was created using art deco graphics and fonts, and the color palette was inspired by the rich jewel tones of a peacock (as was the shape of the floral centerpiece). The flowers were elegant, rare and eccentric: a mix of black and white dahlias, purple callas, red sinensis and roses. The bride was styled in a tight satin Pronovias gown with lace details, paired with a single long strand of pearls and authentic vintage pendant earrings and a diamond engagement ring. For hair and makeup, she had two different looks: a softer daytime look with wide waves and a headband, and a sexier evening look with dark eyes, rich merlot-hued lips, tight curls and an iconic feather brooch.
